As the Project Lead, Phoebe is responsible to ensure that all programs are beneficial to the community and in accordance with the code of conduct and safeguarding and protection policy.
Phoebe has extensive experiences in facilitating the implementation of participatory disaster risk appraisal (PDRA), performing monitoring and evaluation for the community resilience strengthening and humanitarian responses program. Phoebe is also a good writer for best practices and learning documentation, and has been very active in organization program development.
